GTP Scholarship Application Form

Need-based students accepted into the Graduate Transition Program (GTP) may  qualify for funding depending on the courses that they are enrolled in. Funding is limited, and not guaranteed.

Students must have a SSI Benefit Verification Letter on file. This is only valid for one academic year (Academic year starts with the Fall semester), and must be renewed each August. If applicable, you will be asked to provide a copy of this document as part of this application form.
