CTL advances teaching excellence by providing faculty with practical, research-informed professional learning, instructional design expertise, consultation, and resources that support effective and innovative teaching. CTL helps faculty design engaging and accessible learning experiences, integrate instructional technologies, strengthen course design, and apply evidence-informed teaching practices across face-to-face, online, hybrid, and other learning environments.
Montgomery College offers employees two different options for continuing education: our tuition waiver program and the Educational Assistance Program (EAP). For non-bargaining staff, the EAP can also be used for some travel expenses to approved professional conferences, wellness classes, and gym memberships.
