Susquehanna University and Montgomery College have signed a new articulation agreement establishing The Momentum Program: The Montgomery–Susquehanna Transfer Advantage, streamlined transfer pathways that support Montgomery College students in completing their bachelor’s degrees at Susquehanna University.
“This agreement is a blueprint for opportunity—meeting students where they are and proving what’s possible when institutions align around their success,” said Dr. Jermaine F. Williams, Montgomery College president. “The Momentum Program removes barriers, builds on the progress students have already made, and creates a clear, supported pathway to a bachelor’s degree and long-term success.”
Through the Momentum Program, qualified Montgomery College students are guaranteed admission, financial aid, on-campus housing, and access to an array of counseling services that position them to complete their bachelor’s degree at Susquehanna on time.
“This partnership is about removing barriers for students, honoring the work they’ve already done, and getting them across the finish line in a timely manner with the power of a Susquehanna degree,” said Justin Rummel, vice president for Enrollment at Susquehanna University.
“The Momentum Program translates credits into clear progress toward the degree, backed by scholarships, housing, and advising that help transfer students hit the ground running,” Susquehanna University President Jonathan Green added.
